Recall, Justices of the Supreme Court last week unanimously petitioned CJN to the National Judicial Council, (NJC) against the CJN.

In the unprecedented petition, the Judges accused him of high-handedness, mistreatment of the Judges and misappropriation funds. They equally demanded for his resignation.
