The e-commerce giant will be expanding its market to five countries across Africa, Europe, and South America, in 2022-2023, report by Business Insider said. The five countries are Nigeria, South Africa, Belgium, Chile, Colombia.
According to the report, the
project is codenamed "Fela" in Nigeria as well as in South Africa, and will be launched in
April 2023.
Amazon's prime membership will be available in Belgium at launch but will be available in other countries later on.
