NEXIT: Calm Down All Email Issues Will Be Resolved, No Application Closing Date Yet – NEXIT Support Tells Applicants.
NEXIT/CBN program managers have told applicants who are having difficulties in applying for the program to calm down, assuring them that all interested, qualified persons will successfully apply for the program as they are working to rectify all the hiccups, and there is no closing date for submission of applications yet.
This was responses of the support representatives of NEXIT/CBN Program to some volunteers who called their support center to complain about the difficulties they are facing while trying to register for the program. On different calls, the response was the same. The support representatives said the email problems are likely to be fixed after Christmas holiday.
Many volunteers have not been able to complete their applications. Some beneficiaries' email addresses were rejected as non-beneficiary emails, others have created accounts but have not been able to activate their accounts and submit their records as account verification mail hasn’t been sent to then especially those using yahoo mail. While some others have their Npower email domain name as naij.com.
Those who haven’t either created accounts as a result of non-recognition of their email or received confirmation email were asked to send their details to [email protected], while those non-existing email address like naij.com are asked to send their details with a new valid email address through Google form https:/forms.gle/upb8A69VoAgcdz26.
